Christopher Burke grew up in the Cincinnati area, beginning in 1982.  After completing a B.A. in Literature from Northern Kentucky University, he relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, where he grew up again and received his M.A.  Apart from writing, he has worked as an audio book editor, bookseller/supervisor, and other things. He currently resides in Rhode Island.
